The patented true center Dragon Wide Drive ST allows you to slam your bike down to the ground without compromising your ride. Other wide tire kits require a lowering kit, for your stock shocks, in order to drop the bike. This causes shorter travel in the stock shocks and bottoming out. The Dragon Wide Drive ST lowers your bike in the swing arm and does not shorten the travel in your stock shocks. This significantly improves your ride. The Dragon Wide Drive ST puts more rubber under your "ass", giving you a larger sweet spot on your tire, which allows for safer turns and more stability when you ride.
On your stock Harley Davidson frame with minor modifications, the Dragon Wide Drive ST allows you to run a 240 tire on an 8 1/2 inch rim retaining your 1 1/8 inch stock belt. The swing arm is made of T6 billet aluminum and comes machine finished or chromed. Unlike other wide tire kits that leave your bike looking stock, this swing arm offers a new trick design for your bike. Engine, transmission, and rear wheel stay centered. A 10 1/2 inch to 11 inch fender is required. The Dragon Wide Drive ST includes hidden axle, hidden axle adjusters, all transmission componenets to space your transmission to correct specs., and a how-to guide. No welding is required. Rim, tire, and fender are not included in the kit but can be purchased separately or as a package. |
